Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order.

Once a return has been approved, the item must be sent back within 14 days.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are processed once returned items have been inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method.

For hygiene and limited-release reasons, certain products may be marked as final sale and may not be eligible for return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
